Since 2015, CCT founder Kimber Saint-Preux has had a passion for redefining how paratransit services are viewed within the community. Her idea was inspired by her grandmother, who needed the services of government-funded transportation. Kimber observed the successes and failures of the service and created a solution.
CCT provides qualified customer-oriented employees that have a passion to serve mature adults and those who are transportation-disadvantaged. Kimber’s understanding of the disproportionate supply and demand among local transit providers helped her design a system that involves both public and private pay solutions. CCT has partnered with transit companies to offer communities seamless transportation using qualified operators who build relationships to the people they transport.
CCT partners with the STAR network to offer transportation coordination services as well as additional savings with which they can address their customers’ transit needs. The support staff for these services is professional and goal-oriented. Contractors are certified according to FDOT regulations and offer seamless transportation services within metro Orlando. These certified providers are known as the STAR network because they provide safe transportation that is affordable and reliable.
Whether those services are being used by local hospitals, businesses, doctors’ offices, or assisted living facilities, their high quality is always the same. CCT and STAR are dedicated to making an impact on their customers’ lives, their employees’ health and welfare, and their community’s economic development. Up to 10% of our profits are donated to senior causes and the disabled within the communities that we serve.
